Degradable garment packaging bag is a type of bag made from biodegradable materials that can decompose into environmentally friendly substances under specific conditions. This type of packaging bag is commonly used for packaging clothing, textiles, and other items to reduce environmental pollution. Compared with ordinary plastic bags, biodegradable packaging bags have the advantages of environmental protection and sustainability.
Degradable plastic bags: These types of plastic bags are produced with a certain amount of additives added, such as starch, modified starch or other cellulose, photosensitizers, biodegradable agents, etc., making them easier to degrade in the natural environment. However, they are only partially degraded and are still buried or incinerated like traditional plastic bags after disposal, and cannot be subjected to specialized industrial composting degradation treatment, thus still causing a certain degree of pollution to the environment.
Fully biodegradable plastic bags: The main source of this type of plastic bag is processed from corn, cassava, calcium carbonate, etc. into lactic acid (PLA), which has good biodegradability. After use, it can be completely degraded by microorganisms in nature under specific conditions, ultimately producing carbon dioxide and water without polluting the environment. Fully biodegradable materials are usually composed of PLA and PBAT, and can be completely decomposed into water and carbon dioxide within 3-6 months under composting conditions (60-70 degrees).
Degradable packaging bags are widely used in packaging of food, medicine, clothing, textiles and other fields. Due to its ability to completely degrade, fully biodegradable plastic bags are considered a more environmentally friendly choice. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and the development of technology, fully biodegradable plastic bags are expected to be widely used in the future.
At present, although some circulating plastic bags in the market are printed with the words "degradable", the actual material composition still contains non degradable polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP). Such plastic bags cannot be completely degraded and will also pollute the environment. Therefore, when purchasing biodegradable packaging bags, consumers should pay attention to checking the ingredients and certification marks of the product to ensure that it truly possesses biodegradable properties.
The 100% biodegradable garment bags produced and developed by Huawei Company are mainly processed from PBAT (65%) and PLA (35%) as the main raw materials (40MIC). They are not only sturdy and durable, but also have good transparency, without adding PPC or PCU, ensuring stable material properties. We can also make semi transparent fully biodegradable clothing bags according to customer requirements, mainly using PBAT, Made from PLA and PPC as the main raw materials (30MIC), it also has the effects of durability and high practicality Both bags are 100% biodegradable, environmentally friendly and safe, making them the best alternative to traditional clothing bags.
